On-site consultation.
Every project we undertake begins with an in-person site consultation. This allows us to connect directly with our clients, delving into their project vision, desires, and requirements.
During this stage, we evaluate the specific site conditions, such as sunlight availability, soil composition, gradients, sloping, and neighboring environments. As each location is distinct, it necessitates a customized strategy. Following the consultation, we offer a detailed work plan and proposal influenced by both the site evaluation and the client’s objectives.
Design.
We strongly believe that every design is unique, and we always start by sketching. Drawing is the foundation of our creative process, inspiring new ideas and allowing us to explore various options.
Before delving into computer-generated 3D work, we find it essential to undergo this drawing phase. By doing so, we ensure that we’ve captured and refined the most creative and original ideas before advancing to the next stage of the design process.
3D Visualization.
Following the completion of the hand-rendered design, we transition to the stage of 3D modeling. By utilizing specialized 3D software, we can convey intricate designs in a visually appealing and realistic manner.
A significant advantage of this 3D representation is that it enables modifications and alterations of materials, guaranteeing the final product aligns with the client’s expectations and vision. The 3D model, both to scale and precise, offers an accurate depiction of the home and its surroundings.
Budgeting and Proposal.
Planning the budget for your project is crucial, and we’re here to support you. We provide an in-depth estimate for constructing your outdoor oasis promptly, ensuring it aligns with the proposed design.
Whether it’s covered patios, outdoor kitchens, or pools, we’ve got the expertise to handle it all.
Pre-construction planning, construction drawings and selections.
The pre-construction phase is the most crucial step to ensure all goes successfully. We work on getting required permits, HOA approvals as well preparing a detailed set of construction drawings specific to your project.
These plans are critical for communicating each aspect of the project, including all the finish materials and selections.
Beyond their use for HOA submissions, these plans serve as blueprints for our installation crews executing the construction. Each set of plans includes a site plan featuring material specifications, detailed construction diagrams and elevations, a planting plan and schedule, plus a lighting plan and schedule. We also have the ability when needed to provide irrigation plans and calculations. These plans offer a comprehensive roadmap for the entirety of the project, guaranteeing that the final design satisfies each client’s vision.
Construction.
This where the design truly comes to life, and it’s one of the most exciting parts of the process! An experienced project manager has been working behind the scenes helping the team in the pre-construction planning and will now oversee the installation phase. From overseeing proper construction methods to sourcing materials and plants, we’re here to help make the construction process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
We also leverage sophisticated construction management software to assist with staying on schedule and budget. Maintaining open channels of communication is paramount at this juncture, and clients can seamlessly connect with the entire team through our dedicated online portal.
